A Day Care Center
A Day Care Center opened in 2016 trains Special children on self-care, hygiene, occupational activities, basic skills and literacy. Parents are also trained to help their wards & also in livelihood activities.
Skill Development
Training in recycling Newspaper into paper bags and in making candles / wire baskets/ bead items/ gardening etc. are imparted to the residents and Day Care children.
Embroidery, wire bag making, beadwork and tailoring engages the Self Help Group evolved from the young women residents.
Sports Practice
Sports practice is given, on a daily basis, as a rule. Participation in competitions, cultural programs, social activities, sports events are encouraged. The residents are taken on exposure visits, movies and picnic trips.
Caring for weaker sections of the Society, Tailoring Training is imparted to those living nearby.
